Corporate Guide

Documentation for corporate accounts, users, subscriptions, plans, and corporate dashboard workflows.

Corporate Dashboard

The Corporate Dashboard is the main operational page for verified corporate accounts. It provides an overview of the organization account, current access, subscription context, support activity, user management shortcuts, and key corporate workflows.

Corporate accounts are separate from individual creator accounts. A corporate account is usually used by a company, institute, agency, or organization that manages multiple users or seats under one subscription. Verification is required before corporate screens become available.

Users Management

Users Management lets a corporate account manage assigned users and seat access. Corporate admins can review active, pending, removed, or expiring users depending on the current subscription and account configuration.

When a corporate user is added, account metadata is created automatically for that user. Access is still controlled by verification, subscription limits, and the assigned user status. If the organization reaches its seat limit, additional users may need a subscription change or admin review before they can be added.

Corporate admins should keep user records clean. Use accurate names, emails, and role-related details so support and account teams can understand who belongs to the organization.

Subscription

Corporate subscription pages explain the active plan, plan status, start and end dates, seat usage, and available plan options. The Current Subscription page helps corporate users understand what is active right now, while Subscription Plans shows available options for future changes.

Subscription access can affect user limits and feature availability. If a subscription is pending, expired, or not assigned correctly, some corporate workflows may be restricted. Corporate users should contact support when plan details do not match their organization agreement.

Plan and billing changes are not usually self-edited from the Partner portal. The portal displays subscription information and available actions, while final billing or plan approval may require VauPrime team involvement.

Corporate Support Workflow

Corporate support works best when the ticket includes the organization name, affected user email, subscription context, and the exact page where the issue happened. This helps the VauPrime team separate account access problems from billing, user assignment, or subscription-limit problems.

For urgent corporate access issues, use the support center and include screenshots or copied error messages when possible. Clear ticket details reduce back-and-forth and make resolution faster.
