Creator Guide

How creators use VauPrime Partner to upload videos, manage scripts, track approvals, and review payments.

Creator Dashboard

The creator dashboard is the main workspace for verified VauPrime creators. It shows a practical summary of creator activity, content totals, account details, support status, and quick actions for the most common daily tasks. Creators can use it to understand whether their account is ready, how much content has been submitted, and where to go next inside the Partner portal.

Dashboard cards are designed for scanning. A creator can quickly move to upload content, manage videos, review scripts, open analytics, raise support tickets, or check account information. The dashboard is not a public profile page; it is an operational panel for managing VauPrime creator work after account verification.

Upload Videos

Creators upload videos from Studio Create. The upload form collects the title, description, tags, video file, and optional thumbnail details needed by the VauPrime content workflow. After upload starts, the portal can continue the video transfer in the background, so creators can leave the create page and return to the dashboard while upload progress stays visible in the partner interface.

The upload system is designed for large media files. Video metadata is saved with the creator account, and the file is uploaded to storage before the content appears in management views. If the selected video uses a YouTube-style landscape ratio, the thumbnail should also be landscape or close to 16:9. Mobile-screen vertical thumbnails are restricted for those videos because they do not match the expected YouTube preview format.

Creators should use clear titles, meaningful descriptions, and relevant tags. These details help admins review submissions, understand the video context, and keep creator records organized.

Manage Content

Manage Videos is the creator media library. It lists uploaded videos along with their status, thumbnail, title, description, tags, file details, and approval information. Creators can review what has already been submitted and update editable metadata when needed.

Approval is handled by the VauPrime team, not directly by the creator. A video can be pending, approved, or rejected depending on review outcome. If a video is rejected, the page can show a reason or cancellation note when one is available. Creators should read the reason carefully before making changes or contacting support.

This page is also useful for checking whether a background upload completed successfully. If an upload is still moving in the background, creators should wait for the upload progress panel to complete before expecting the video to appear as a final submitted record.

Scripts

Script Manage is a writing workspace for creator scripts. Creators can create a script, edit the title and content, highlight selected text, clear highlight markers, and track word and character counts while preparing content for recording.

Script approval status is not controlled by the creator. The creator can write and save the script, but approval decisions remain with the VauPrime review process. This keeps creator input separate from administrative validation.

A good script should include the main speaking points, scene flow, important product or topic notes, and any required callouts. Keeping scripts inside the Partner portal helps creators organize production work before uploading final videos.

Analytics And Payments

Creator Analytics helps creators review video rates, payment-related totals, paid amount, remaining amount, and performance or approval context. It is intended as a tracking page for creator earnings and submitted content, not as a manual payment editing screen.

Payment values and approval-based pricing are controlled by VauPrime administration. If a creator believes a payment, balance, or rate is incorrect, the recommended action is to raise a support ticket with the video title, issue type, and a clear explanation.
